Always Finish The Race

‘’A Beautiful little girl is running, running and running, giant is trying  to stop her but she’s doing Tai Chi, when he goes up she goes down when he goes right she goes left and a beautiful angel was helping her whenever she goes off the track that angel put her back on the track again’’
While watching this on television with her five years old niece she went into a  profound (deep) thought.
‘’My life is just like this little girl who keeps running over and over on the same track. Whenever I’m about to  finish my race society, a giant, tries to stop me. I’m still doing Tai Chi with them but unfortunately  there is a small, too small, difference between me and her which is that i don't know where is my angel or maybe i don't have an angel in my life but tomorrow……. ’’.
Suddenly the door opens and a boorish man with moustache enters the room and starts rebuking her
‘’Sarah! Tell me what you want from us? You know that  girls aren’t supposed to leave their homes because they have to live their lives for their families, Is it not enough that i provided you 16 years of education and you are most educated woman of our area? Do  you know if you will study further what people will say?’’
This last sentence always dolefully extirpate her from inside but she was stimulated So, these things were unable to stop her from achieving her goals.
‘When i got admission in the university they said many things, that i am characterless and blah blah blah but now they argue that i am most educated woman of our area  ’Now I don't know what they will say  if i’ll go outside for turning my dream into reality daddy but i know that they will say something incredible when i accomplish it and i know you will be proud of me’
Her father started gnashing his teeth ,shut the door politely and left the room.he  said nothing because he loved her too much she was her 5th daughter who was equal to 1000 sons. He also wished for her success but never showed because of the society. He loved her that’s why She was the only female member of her family who studied in university, she was the only one who was 27 yet unmarried. Her father always supported her behind the curtain but he showed his anger towards her due to the negative, reactive society.
When her father left the room  She put her glasses on the table and closed her small yet beautiful eyes with pearl of tear rolling down her left cheek and she covered her fulvous face with her duppata ( A small piece of cloth used by subcontinental Muslim women for covering their head). Then instantly she started calming herself as usual by saying “I wont cry, it'll be fine. I'll take my last breath. Push it out my chest 'til there's nothing left.” Then something started provoking her because tomorrow. tomorrow was a big day of her life because she was a step away from her finishing line. ‘But what if i didn’t finish the race’ This thought didn’t let her sleep that night.
Next day’s early morning, she went to her parents room, asked them for their prayers. Her father was not in the room she searched him everywhere in the house but she found him nowhere when she left their room her mom followed her and said
‘ Darling! Go and make us proud today’ in 27 years of her life she saw her mother everyday but for the first time, that day, she felt her mother’s love. She hugged her tightly and river of water started flowing from their eyes.
As usual before going outside of her four walls she covered herself with a long shawl. She got shocked when she saw her father coming from mosque. She never saw him offering prayer. He spoke nothing and went inside.
She left the house and she was promenading somewhere. Cold breeze took her dupatta aside from her face. She was sweating. She stopped where a sign said ‘Bus Stop’ She thought ‘There were many stop signs when i was on my race track but i never stopped but for the first time the stop sign feels like a running sign to me because today….’’ Suddenly horn beeped and she got on her bus.  During her whole journey from middle class area of Rawalpindi to Islamabad  she was continuously thinking about her whole life journey she was remembering the day when she got admission in university and became a topic of everyone’s discussion but her pro-activeness helped her to overcome negativity she still remembered what her apa(word used for elder sister in Urdu) said ‘It’s a men’s world sweetie, and the sooner you recognize that the sooner you’ll be happy.’  but she knew it was not the truth because world is nothing without women. Giant (society) stopped her at many points when they said ‘girls can't do anything’ but she ignored all the negativity.she was deeply in the thought when suddenly bus stopped and she came back from nostalgia. It's time for her to finish the race she went outside of the bus and saw a huge building. She went inside, her destination was few steps away, she took some steps, with every step her heartbeat getting faster and faster, with every step there were thousands of wounds of fights, with each step there were many dreams of a girl who was broken by the society but she was a powerful girl. As she was two steps away from green colored board, she felt there was no heart inside of her body. Now she was  in front of that board, she started searching her name on the list when abruptly she sat down and started crying then she went into sujood and stood up again and shout it out loud ‘I did it, i did it’ someone was patting on her shoulder and said ‘my bureaucrat ’ she turned back stunned and looked behind her, her angel was standing in front of her who was crying with joy and hugged her. She beated the giant, finished the race and found her angel who was no one else but her dad.

Surround Yourself With Positive People

In our daily life we are surrounded by a variety of individuals. Some of the people we deal with on a daily basis are positive people their loving presence nurtures and encourages us. Sometimes certain people can drain us of our energy , making us feel tired and exhausted through constant emotional bullying and manipulation. We must refuse to allow ourselves to be treated poorly. Our well-being is definitely easily influenced by those around us, and if we can keep this in mind, we will have greater insights into the quality of our social interactions and their energetic effect on us. Equally, every move we ourselves make has an effect that touches all the people around us.
Just like when we share space with another person, we often pick up on their energy, feeling how they feel and attuning to them, whether we mean to or not. This is what we mean when we say a mood or a feeling is contagious.
Once we think more deeply about the people we interact with, it becomes easier for us to work toward filling our lives with people who help us to cultivate healthy and positive relationships. Obviously it is not always possible - for example at work - to choose the people we spend time, but in our personal lives, we can take control over the right people with whom to surround ourselves. All we have to do is take a few moments to reflect on how another person makes us feel. Assessing the people we spend the most time with, allows us to see if they add something constructive to, or subtract from, our lives. If a friend saps our strength, for example, we can simply decide to tell them how we feel or else spend less time with them. We will find that the moment we are honest with ourselves about our own feelings, the more candid we can be with others about how they make us feel. While this may involve some drastic changes to our social life, it can bring about a personal transformation that will truly empower us, since the decision to live our truth will infuse our lives with greater happiness.
When we surround ourselves with positive people, we clear away the negativity that exists around us and create more room to welcome nurturing and renewed energy. Doing this not only enriches our lives, but also envelops us in a supportive and healing space that fosters greater growth, understanding, and love of ourselves - as well as those we care about.
Choose your friends with care - they create the environment in which you will either thrive or wilt. Give everyone the opportunity to be a friend, but share your dreams and goals only with those who value them as much as you do.
Stay positive and happy. Work hard and don't give up hope. Be open to criticism and keep learning. Surround yourself with happy, warm and genuine people. Tena Desae

Fight For Your Dreams

"Lucha por tus sueños y tus sueños lucharán por ti." My favourite Spanish quotation which means "Fight for your dreams, and your dreams will fight for you."
So start fighting for your dreams, once you start fighting for your dreams than believe me you achieve whatever you want to achieve. But firstly try to love yourself,Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself, do not go out and look for a successful personality and duplicate it.last but not least remember one thing that Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.

Right Time

“Now is not a good/right time.” Many people excuse when we ask them to do something.
Successful people never excuse. Because they know that there is no such thing as the right time there is just time. They only use it wisely.
I read somewhere that If you are waiting for a perfect moment, you may be waiting a long time, perhaps forever.
So, stop waiting for the planets to align.
Stop waiting for life to slow down.
Stop waiting for the perfect time.

Whatever you are waiting to act upon, do it today.

WE CAN....

There was a man who made a living selling balloons at a fair. He had all colors of balloons, including red, yellow, blue, and green. Whenever business was slow, he would release a helium-filled balloon into the air and when the children saw it go up, they all wanted to buy one. They would come up to him, buy a balloon, and his sales would go up again. He continued this process all day. One day, he felt someone tugging at his jacket. He turned around and saw a little boy who asked, "If you release a black balloon, would that also fly?" Moved by the boy's concern, the man replied with empathy, "Son, it is not the color of the balloon, it is what is inside that makes it go up."

7 Tips On How To Write A Diary

We all remember hiding that little locked book under our mattress or in our sock door as a pre teen, but now we are older and this is a new age. The 2015 diary should be different than that one you had in your youth. It is an older journal or diary for your own use. Even though your diary may never been seen by anyone there are still some tips and tricks to keeping a diary, especially an online one.
Writing a diary is easy. There a no hard rules you have to follow, and you simple write whatever comes to your mind as you write. But, over the years we have experienced what kind of diaries that engages it's owners, and makes them a helpful and interesting asset in their lives. Her we will try go give a short guide on what topics a diary entry might contain. That said, remember THERE ARE NO RULES.
If you are somebody who keeps a written diary about your recent life and the changes that have occurred, then you may be acutely aware of just how difficult it can be at times to actually make a quality diary post. It can take a considerable amount of time, and you don't want to write a load of nonsense that you aren't even sure fits the purposes of a diary!
A diary is purely your thoughts and feelings on any subject that takes your fancy. Remember, though, that in time you will be looking back on these writings and you may want to share them with others, so making sure they make sense and can actually be read by others is very important!
Taking that little bit of extra time to really record your thoughts and to dissect your thoughts properly can make a significant difference to the outcome of your writing. If you are struggling to come up with quality, unique insights that actually relate to how you feel and see the world, then try out these tips below.

1. Be Honest

When you are writing a diary entry, give the full story of your opinions, thoughts and fears. Really open up and let your feelings pour onto the page - holding back helps nobody.

2. Be Detailed

Think of it like a book - is it better when the description goes on and on and on? Or is it better when you are left to your own imagination? Picking the most insignificant details and adding them in is very important as you don't want to leave any stone unturned when trying to turn your diary from the ramblings of an angry individual to the structures theories and arguments of a modern member of society, do you?

3. Spell Check

If you are writing this then you need to go through for entries to find poor grammar, punctuation and spelling. Even the most diligent of minds will mess up every now and then, so look out for any little errors that crop up as you are writing each and every entry no matter how small or irrelevant.

4. Dates

Its a good idea to always include the date when you wrote the entry. Note: this is not the same as the date for the event or experience your are writing about. If you write about something that happened some days ago, you can righter back-date the entire entry, or include the date inside the text itself.

5. Giving your entry a title

Its easier to scan through your notes later, if you include a short and descriptive subject for your daily entries. If not, It will just look like a "pile of notes", hard to navigate in.

6. Write short entries

Most people start out by writing long diary entries, even many pages, containing thousands of characters. Our experiences is that the most successive diaries are made up of short notes. It's not even required to write in it every day. Once or twice a week, is enough for some people. The avg. length of a diary entry is 450 characters long.:
"My family have been on a visit. They have been staying over for 2 nights, and we made a super delicious dinner today. Yesterday we barbecued. Last week I was in Florida for a 3 day holiday (from 5th to 7th). The whole class went, and we participated in a photo study course. I learned a lot. Now its time to sleep. Good night! Note: My family have been on a visit. They have been staying over for 2 nights, and "the bear" went crazy!"
That was 429 chars, close to an average diary entry. Another example: Many write about the training and fitness activity like this:
"5 push-ups, run 10 min, walk 10 min, 3x15 sit-ups."
That's all! It doesn't need to be more complicated than that :-)

7. Don't worry if you can't add to it every day

You are not committed to write in your diary every day only because you have a diary. Add to it whenever you feel, skip a day, skip a week, it does not matter. Whats important is that you do add to it from time to time. But the more often, the more fun afterwards.

Some final diary tips

  1. Any habit will be difficult to start and maintain if it's hard to do. You have to start it and keep up with it. You have to find a way to write that works for you, that is your style. You should use what works for you. If you like where you're writing then you will enjoy it more and be more motivated to write in your diary.
  2. When you're writing in your journal, it's important to just write whatever you feel like, without worrying about who might be reading. Simply writing 100% honestly about your feelings or your ideas can help you work through them. This diary is for you. It is to help you remember. It is for you to share if you want to. It is yours and you should be able to write as you see fit.
  3. Keeping a daily journal is, obviously, one of those habits that requires daily effort. Starting and keeping a daily habit can be very difficult, especially these days when so much in our lives is chaotic and unstructured. Try to schedule a time each day to sit down and write. It takes time to develop a habit so stick with it.
  4. If you have missed a few days in your journal, don't worry - and certainly don't give up! Just fill in the gaps as best you can as soon as you can. Even a short diary entry is better than nothing, and the longer a day stays empty, the harder it is to remember what happened. If you don't have time to go into great detail, even making a simple bullet pointed list can help recall what happened when you have the time to elaborate on the day.
  5. While writing in a diary can be good for your mental health today, the greater value comes after you've been writing for a while and you can look back on what you've written earlier. Journal entries are like a letter to your future self, and reading back on your past is a great way to get perspective on your life. Writing in your diary can help you recall when momentous occasions happened. You might not realize how important they were until later on. By writing about these events in your diary, you can recall it in great detail whenever you want to remember it.
Your online diary can be about anything from a workout log or diet diary to a travel diary from your trip abroad. It is yours and the world is your canvas!
